To be sad means to feel blue?

I don’t believe that’s completely true.

When I see the sky, I do smile,

As I do when I see the sea shine.

I do now choose and really know

That life is a joyous show.

With progress meant as part of the purpose,

That becomes obvious when we choose where to focus.

I know now that the only chance

Is to be positive at every glance.

If we rely on the Love that we are,

We can see the intentions as of a Star.

To be clear, honest and true

Just like the sky, that is so blue.

 ”To feel blue” înseamnă în limba engleză ”a te simți melancolic, trist, nostalgic”. Titlul ”Another Shade of Blue” (Altă Nuanță de Albastru) este inspirat din apariția organică, naturală, nepremeditată a unui chip uman detaliat râzând în partea superioară a tabloului. De asemenea, alte siluete umane pot fi observate peste tot în imagine.

 Tabloul a fost creat pe pânză pe șasiu, cu acuarele, tempera, carioci, creioane etc., dar și răbdare și meticulozitate. Stratul superior este din encaustic transparent, cu o discretă textură organică.
